Every item on our website comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange any item on our website within 30 days of purchase. Items need to be in new condition and returned securely in their original packing.

To complete the return, please call one of our trained Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization Number before sending back any items. All items require this Return Authorization Number for the return process to be completed.

All Special Order Sunbrella® Enclosures require a 50% restocking fee, due to our supplier’s policy. All other Special Order items require a 25% restocking fee. For information on a replacement or refund of a defective item, please refer to the individual warranty for that product. Buggies Unlimited cannot be responsible for any labor expenses that occur from the installation of any wrong or defective part.
