no, just the plastic. however this is the nicest cover i have ever bought. will use year after year and is a full enclosure
This particular enclosure is made for long tops, up to 80". There is a 2 passenger version that is suitable for short tops, up to 68" (model 2034). However, the back of those enclosures do not unzip - if you have rear-facing passengers, getting in and out would be problematic. You may wish to call customer service to confirm this. There are other brands that do have 4 passenger short top enclosures, such as Greenline (not on this site).
