Product Details

EZGO and Club Car golf carts are a lot like a truck when it comes to suspension. You have shocks that soften your ride and leaf springs that increase the capacity of your load-carrying ability. The more leaves you have on a given spring, the more rigid it will be, giving it the ability to support more weight and pull heavier loads. That's right, even if you are just pulling a trailer, that is a strain on your suspension, and it might be time to replace it. An excellent way to tell is if the Rear Leaf Spring itself looks like it is sitting flat. The more curvature, the better.

This is the standard three-leaf rear spring that came OEM on the cart. The aftermarket golf cart replacement is just as stiff, if not stiffer, than the factory it replaces. You need two of these if you are going to do the whole cart. Don't order just one and end up short parts, but the helpful salespeople at Buggies Unlimited won't let you forget something like that.

Specifications:

  • Standard three leaf rear spring
  • Please Note: Springs are sold Individually, 2 required per cart
  • Fits 1975-1994 E-Z-GO Marathon electric models
  • Replaces OEM Number(s): 20398-G01
Note: Bushings can be misshaped when taking them off. We recommend changing them (Part number 3078) at the same time as the leaf springs.

Worked well
The leaf spring was the same size as the old/broken one. It was tough to get on. It took a few ratchet straps, jack, rubber mallet and some torque. But it works great.

3 layer spring, raised the height and stiffened the ride, much improvment over factory original
