The old magnet would not come off the motor shaft. I did consult with Buggies Unlimited’s tech and he suggested to use the end of needle nose pliers which I was already using. After breaking up the magnet in small pieces I then had to get the steel inner bushing off. I ended up using a very small chisel which did the job. I then had to tap new magnet on with a brass punch. The cart preformed afterwards.
