This golf cart seat bottom kit includes the white vinyl seat bottom assembly, which breaks down into the wood seat bottom. The OEM hardware will re-attach as it's not included. You get the foam and vinyl cover already stapled together. If you try to use this for something else, as we did on a pontoon boat, the seat measures 41-inches long by 22-inches wide and 6-inches tall.
