Several lift kits on the market will not work for the generation one Club Car Ds models. These are the golf carts that fall in the year range of 1982-2001. However, the only hold-up was the front hubs mounted on the spindles and held the wheels on. So we decided that there needed to be a kit. Once you lifted your Gen One DS, it would convert you to the newer style hubs, allowing you to use all of the lift kits and not just the limited offering for that year range. So was born the Club Car DS Front Hub Conversion Kit.
You can use this front hub kit when installing a newer style lift kit on the more vintage 1982 & Up Club Car DS and an OEM replacement for the generation two models. This golf cart lift includes two front hubs, four front wheel bearings, two front wheel seals, two front hub dust covers, and eight standard lug nuts. With all of that on the table, nothing should prevent the call to Buggies Unlimited!
