Product Details

The Yamaha Carburetor for G1 models is a vital part of your golf cart's fuel system. It takes the gas and not only helps draw it from the tank. Then the unit shoots it up toward the engine's cylinder after turning it into a fine mist. It can do these jobs because it's mounted right on the air intake of the golf cart. If you keep your filter clean and your airbox well maintained, the carb should last a good long time. We understand things happen; that's why we carry them year-round at a reasonable price. If you start to notice issues and have cleaned it several times already, give us a call and do away with the headache. There is no reason to keep fighting an uphill battle.

This golf cart carburetor is not a hard part to install. It will look exactly like the one that came off of your caddie. There is no adaptor or anything silly like that. Get one of these coming your way today for less from Buggies Unlimited.

When received found the 2 screws holding the throttle plate to the shaft were loose, lock washers could be spun. Tightened the screws. Mounted the carb and fuel bowl started leaking. Found the 12mm bolt holding the bowl did not have sufficient shoulder width to make a seal. Took 14mm bolt from old carb, same thread and depth which fixed leak. The cart does run better with the new carb.

Carburetor
Initially, I purchased a $19.00 from Amazon which didn't work properly. A certified mechanic informed me that it was a cheap Chinese knockoff.
Purchased OEM carburetor and the cart ran flawlessly! Also, purchased a coil through Amazon which wasn't compatible
