This excellent little package will come with all the hardware you need to get your rear leaf springs back on.
You get eight leaf spring bushings and the four leaf spring spacers that connect them and house the bolt. This kit does not include bushings and spacers for the upper shackles; you will need to purchase four additional bushings and two additional spacers. I checked and double checked for ther rear spring bushings for my 2005 gas Workhorse cart.i had to reduce the diameter on the size that they insisted were correct.
I stood in front of the grinder on my workbench and by hand I carefully reduced them to fit the hole on the cart I even rechecked the part numbers at a different shop and they also told me that the bushings I originally received should have fit.

Yes it should, I have found that several ez-go leaf springs have the same eye bushings.
I cannot post photos here so I sent you an email of the break down for the rear axles on that car. Please shoot me an Email back and we can figure this out!
They fit mine. They are not easy to knock out. Don't give up on getting the old rubber or bolts out. It will take a big hammer and a lot of wacks.
