Using your golf cart during the day is a beautiful thing. Being seen and taking in your surroundings are no problem when you have plenty of sunshine. But at night time, it's an entirely different story. Not only is it harder for you to see the obstacles in your path, but it's also harder for others to see you. A caddy is a small vehicle on the road compared to a car or truck. They are easy to miss if you are not looking for them. Use products like the GTW Headlight and Taillight Combo to ensure you can not only see what's coming but to make others aware that you are pulling around the bend as well. This is a simple solution to a huge safety issue.
If you think installing a golf cart light kit is something a professional needs to handle, you could not be more wrong. We send this Yamaha Headlight and Tailight system with step-by-step instructions so you can get it done in the driveway. Call Buggies Unlimited now.
My yamaha G16 doesnt really have a “glove box.” But the headlights do clear what I would refer to as the “dash storage area.” Ive had this kit installed about a year and a half. Its a good bare bones economical kit. Only issue i had was after about a year my on off switch stopped workimg that came with the kit. I picked up another at the local auto parts store for a couple bucks and I am back in business. The old saying measure twice cut once goes a long way with this kit if you are doing a brand new install like i did. But i would rate this as very easy as far as complexity.
yes but you need to make the connection at the first battery in the series , the one that is 12 volt output.
I fabricated mine to fit and used a heat gun to mold the plastic headlight trim to form to the contour of the body, the light kit is a nice kit
The kit I bought fit very good like a factory kit. I bought g 14 thru 22 kit.
Possibly? The G9 has a flatter front than my g16, so im not sure about the curvature of the lights fitting flush to a g9. As far as the electrical that is universal and would work.
If it is electric you have to have an inverter to switch it from 48 V or 36 to 12
Mounting bolts are not needed. The kit was complete with screws for mounting head and tail lights to the body.
You can but them at any auto parts store.
No
Check for proper grounds. Then check all other connections. Power to switch, then to lights.
