Hello, as Darrell mentioned previously, this is a quality rear seat kit featuring quality cushions (with no wood used so you don't have to worry about rotting down the road), and more. The GTW MACH3 rear seat has the upgraded footplate, integrated seat belt tabs, a satin powder coat finish that adds extra protection against UV. It also features the same type of cushions and has the ability to add-on some other GTW accessories like the storage box and more. It's just a matter of personal preference and budget.

Yes, this will work on a 95 DS as long as you also purchase the "candy-cane" style rear struts to use for install.
