Most ignition systems are part of a three-step process; something creates the spark. Another component makes it repeat itself continually. Finally, a unit breaks the whole system down happen again, hundreds of times per second. That second part of making fire happen at the spark plug is the E-Z-GO 4-Cycle Ignitor. Relays like this time the spark so that it not only occurs at the precise moment, the spark can also continually repeat itself.
If you check the spark's condition and discover that it's blue or white like it should be, but it disappears rapidly, this is a problem. Inconsistencies are a good sign that the E-Z-GO 4-Cycle Ignitor is giving you issues. One quick spark and then nothing means it's time to call Buggies Unlimited for an aftermarket replacement. Do not pay a pro to install this. Its five wires and t bolts. We would hate for you to pay someone to do something you could handle yourself. Golf Carts are easy to work on when you have a friend in the biz like Buggies Unlimited.
I have epigc107 will not work.

Unfortunately you cant, unless you know that your pulsar coil and ignition coil, are both ok. There are specs. online for both of those parts, and you only need a DVOM to check them.
I replaced everything..igniter…voltage regulator….solenoid….and even the starter generator…..still no spark …in checking the voltage between the starter solenoid and the coil there was a 3 volt drop ….as a last resort I replaced the wiring loom and BOOM…..instant start and end of problems…Check the voltage between the solenoid and the coil…it should be 12 volts…..
This is a genuine part. thank you Buggies unlimited.
Try to check the ignition coil
If it too hot you have to change it
Call ez go ...only they know for sure
Make sure all your connections are crimped good. We had intermittent starting and dying issues. The we went through the system and checked all the connections and crimped the loose wires. Starts and runs good everytime.
