The basics you need to install your battery in one convenient kit.

Battery installation can be confusing, but it shouldn’t be. Therefore Bolt has created two very simple installation kits. A standard kit and professional kit. Both contain everything you need to install your battery and we will go into the detail of everything included and the difference between the two kits. We will cover what is included in the standard installation kit here.

Included in Standard Kit:

• Smart SOC meter: State of Charge (SOC) meter to mount to the dash to display battery charge
• High speed lithium battery charger: A lithium battery charger
• Mounting bracket, nuts and bolts: All the hardware needed to mount the battery to the cart
• AC hardwire ports & cover plate: A convenient AC port to plug your extension cord into
• Battery Ring Terminals and Tie Straps: Everything needed to wire the battery and secure the wires
• 15 foot 12-gauge (AWG) lighted extension cord: An added safety feature to ensure the extension cord is properly sized to charge the battery

• Which installation kit do I need for my cart? We have solved this question for you. If you shop by make/model through our site it will tell you exactly which installation kit you need. For most carts the standard kit is sufficient. Carts that don’t come with a voltage reducer to power 12V accessories should go with the professional kit.
• What makes the professional kit different? The professional installation kit includes everything that comes in the standard kit but has 4 additional items in it. Those items are a voltage reducer to power 12V accessories, a heavy duty 400 amp Solenoid, premium 2-gauge battery cables, and a lead battery removal strap.
