Generally, if you are getting anything in specific stock colors, they will cost your firstborn. We are not sure what it is about one particular tint of beige, grey, or whatever, making it so much more valuable than something that's a shade lighter or darker. The OEMs know how to put a price tag on nothing. Luckily Buggies Unlimited has a line of seat assemblies that come in various original factory colors. Please pick up a Club Car Precedent Beige Seat Bottom Assembly and cast aside the worry about matching it to your seatback.
Keep in mind that this is just the seat. So you are getting vinyl, foam, and a wood backing plate that replaces the OWM plastic one. Don't worry. The Club Car Precedent Beige Seat Bottom Assembly will match precisely to the hole pattern on your kip restraints and hinges! The plastic seat backing is prone to cracking if the seat gets accidentally slammed. That's never going to happen with wood! Let Buggies Unlimited ship you one out today.
replacement seats have a wooden bottom, your handles and hinges will transfer from your old seat using the instructions included with the replacement seat
I thought the same, but that appears to not be the case. The seat from buggies is the entire replacement. You take your oem seat
off, take the side arms off and the hinges. Buggies provides a template which you use to drill holes to put the side arms and hinges on the replacement seat. The replacement seat has plywood bottom versus the sturdy plastic bottom of the oem.
I think they do. Mine has been great. The old seat’s plywood base had rotted out.
Yes, you use the existing hardware and hip restraints. They give you a template to use.
I know. It is the pitts. I filled it in with weather stripping and painted it black with a permanent marking pen. It’s been holding up well. Good luck. They need to fix that.
