The local high school or college football game is where to hang out on a Friday or Saturday night. All your friends from back in the day are there, and you can reminisce about the good old times. Who was crushing on who, which teachers sucked and who was always in ISSP? Don't be the person who has to have help pushing their golf cart backward because their Yamaha Shift Cable for G2, G8, and G9 has gone faulty. Pull through spots are not always a given. You are far better off getting this replaced than having to pull a Fred Flinstone to get moving in the proper direction. Barney deserves a better orthopedic outlook with this simple fix.
This golf cart shift cable is not a hard part to install. It is under the golf cart, so you will more than likely wind up jacking it up. Make sure you have a spotter, and you put it on jacks stands for safety. Getting a Yamaha OEM service manual from Buggies Unlimited would not be a bad idea either.
