My old magnet was cracked, replaced with this performance magnet and picked up 4 - 5 mph.

Can I buy only the magnet instead of the complete speed sensor?

Yes. This is only the magnet and does not include the actual sensor.

What was the increase in speed after installing this device?

Hi Danny, we don't recommend the speed upgraded magnets because they eventually damage the motors. This is the stock replacement magnet and does not offer a speed upgrade.

is this the magnet that works with the flat speed sensor?

I ordered the speed sensor kit and fixed my 2010 club car carryall but the sensor was my problem the car was only running about half speed.

Frank this is not something we stock however the oem number is 1017953, this can be obtained from a club car dealer
