It does not matter if you are cruising the beach or tearing up the low country; ground clearance is a significant asset to your golf cart's playbook. Not just any lift kit is going to do the trick, though. Yeah, getting it up there is important, but you should never sacrifice ride quality to do it. The Club Car Precedent GTW 6 Inch Double A-arm Lift Kit is available at Buggies Unlimited and will get you all the ride height you are looking for without taking anything away from the frontend articulation.
Aftermarket lift kits are a dime a dozen. Everyone has one these days; the guy down the street with the overflowing garage says he can build you one. Trust us; we have seen enough wrecked carts to know that's not the right choice. Our Design uses upper and lower arms with independent movement on the passenger and driver side supported by a heavy-duty leaf spring. Make your selection at Buggies Unlimited and ensure the quality and warranty are there to back up your purchase with confidence. Call Buggies Unlimited Today and get a Club Car Precedent GTW 6-inch Double A-arm Lift Kit coming your way.
outside of an installation issue I would recommend replacing the leaf springs all the way around for heavy duty.
Hi Daniel, yes this comes with front and rear components.
We put GTW M/T 20x10-10 tires on our g9lf cart. If you need pictures let me know
This fit my 2017 club car precedent with no problem at all. they give you a second set a short spring perches that are short if you choose to install heavy duty rear leaf springs. I'm you go to Club car website They can help with identifying you year and model. Good luck
You need to be on a completely flat level surface before you start, and it really helps to have the weight of passengers on both sides of the cart.
Use a large framing square to get your 90 degrees set. once you get it close, which is a little tricky, roll the cart back and forth about 20 feet or so. It will change some after doing this. It gets a little frustrating . It took me a few tries. good luck !
Hi Jorge - I started with large knobby 23x10.5's on 12-inch wheels. With the 6-inch lift kit there was a little room for larger tires, but not much. I got the 6" double-A arm lift kit because, maybe like you, it looked good. Though the double-A arm configuration is best suited for off-road, 95% of my cart riding is on pavement, so I got tired of the knobby tires' noise - you can hear carts with those tires from 200 yards away. So I changed to 22x10 radials (RHOX Road Hawks). They looked great on the 12-inch wheels and had much better handling performance with low road noise. Plus the Road Hawks were golf course friendly in the event I wanted to use the cart golf.
Hope this helps.
No, if your Carryall has the factory front mechanical brakes, you would need to use the Spindle lift designed specifically for that model
Yes. I am assuming you mean 10” wheels. I would think you would want to put 22/23” tires. Might look a bit odd to have 18” tires with 6” lift
Like it says if your cart is 2004+, it will work
No I don’t think there is a way to lower the front. I think those smaller ones are for HD shocks. If you put the smaller ones on it won’t be 6 inch lift in back and 23 inch tires may not fit.
