Nice brush guard, partially blocks headlights
I love the brush guard but the lower bar is in the way of the front head lights

Installation instructions
I just received a BrushGuard model 7419. The installation instructions are one of the worst excuses for such that I have ever received. Several paragraphs and unintelligible photos provide next to nothing in the way of offering direction. Someone needs to experiment with this PROBLEM by giving the whole thing to one of your employees and see how a LAY person copes with it. I will resolve the problem by hauling my Club Car to a local dealer and pay to have THEM install it. Poor, poor, poor! Good news is that this part is made with superior strength and quality.

Awesome low profile option - high quality brush guard!
Quality of this guard is fantastic. The finish and overall design get high scores. Ease of installation was moderately challenging, with some modifications required to the mounting plate. A good design improvement would be even larger slide cuts in the top mounting holes to allow more “float” over the bumper mounts when fitting everything together with the top threaded screws handtight. I had to remove some metal and elongate the openings myself. The other challenge, things get tight between your bumper and the mounting plate, especially if you have an LED headlight assembly - you may have to move the power boxes mounted on the back of the bumper to allow clearance - I had to move mine down. Still, I think this is the next looking guard out there - tons of compliments. CB
