Purchased to replace the stock seat back on a 2007 Yamaha G29/Drive. This seat back was delivered with the mounting hardware and everything fit perfectly and looks great after the install.
The other fact that I would like to mention is this seat back is made with a wooden base. I like that because I can recover the seat back when needed. I wasn't able to do this with the stock seat back as it's base is plastic.
