Product Details

Beauty pageants are like sports for some people. It takes years of dedication to learn every intricacy of how to impress the judges and win. Looks are a tiny part of things; just because you are beautiful will not guarantee victory. You have to be very smart, a people person, have an eye for detail and countless other things. Not to mention the truckload of gear you are going to need to pull off a triumph. Your golf cart is a vital tool in getting all of that right where it needs to be. When a part like the EZGO Accelerator Pedal Switch goes wonky, your caddie will not run at all. Replace it at the first sign of an issue to ensure you are not left out of the fun.

This golf cart switch installs in the frame rail below the floorboards of the cart. It is not a difficult part to install but a challenge to access. Have a friend there to help and if you need it, ask your friendly expert at Buggies Unlimited to send you an EZGO OEM manual with your order.

locate accelerator switch on cart?

Take the floor mat up and there is a plate around the foot feed pedal ,remove it and the switch is at the bottom of the foot feed arm.

will this switch cause a cart to stop when it is traveling ? mine will stop suddenly and not travel again until i turn the power switch off and on several times. replaced brake pedal ass. and a complete wiring harness by local dealer.

My problem was actually the accelerator pedal was gunned up with sand and grease so it would not release ally the way back to the top. It wasn’t much, only a half inch or so. Therefore it would not pass the electronics test when the key position went from off to on. I did not have to change the accelerator assembly but only cleaned it up so it would release fully to the top and that solved my problem. Since you’re is stopping while running it doesn’t seem we have the same problem. Mine simply had a problem after turning the key from off to on

does this switch work on 2015 EZ-go gas 12 volt system ?

THis would not work on the 12v system.
