1997-15 Club Car DS-Precedent - Starter Generator Belt

Your golf cart has two belts; one goes around both clutches and is a big thick thing. The other little skinny guy wraps around the generator pulley and the primary. This belt is called the Club Car DS and Precedent Starter Generator Belt.

I am sure you have noticed that you can barely push the pedal down on your golf cart, and you will hear a click and then what sounds like a smaller version of your engine.
